Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Within Telangana: 2–4 business days.
  • Other States in India: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 8–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or for orders above a certain value (if applicable).
  • Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp to track your shipment.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to get activated by the courier partner.

Wrong or Damaged Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
