Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
    • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
    • The product is out of stock after you place an order.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval, using the original payment method.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (tailoring materials, threads, fabrics, accessories, etc.), we currently do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in cases of damage or wrong item delivered.
  • To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Items such as threads, needles, blouse pieces, elastic, and other tailoring accessories are non-returnable once opened or used.
  • Customized or special orders are not eligible for return/refund.
